The Constitution of The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela provides as a principle of national economy development and the joint participation of the State y private initiative (Art. 299).
Since the 90’s, Venezuela has subscribe up to 27 promotion and protection agreements with different countries of the hemisphere, under international standards and criteria for Foreign Investments.
The agreements signed by Venezuela reflect different economic integration degrees which contribute to the trade and country´s development.
